 UNLAWFUL  ARRESTS OF INNOCENT RELATIONS IN KIRIKIRI POLICE STATION LAGOS STATE
I wish to first of all make a formal report on the unlawful arrest and detaining of my mother and my kid sister ,
its very disheartening that when you want to be a law abiding citizen you still suffer a whole lot of dismay a man called Chiedu Kachi who sells vehincle in  berger yard along kirikiri came all the way down to satellite town top arrest my ailing mother who has a cardiac/bp condition and we have been manging since after she had partial stroke as a matter of fact the loss of my father is one pain already and if my mum have issues which i have tried to reach to the DPO on her condition but all to no avail.

mr chiedu Kachi accused my mum of tryiong to break his home and also my sistera serving youth corper that is the only prove to the accusation has also been detained  although i am resident in abuja my sister made it known to me as well as my mum wen i visited lagos last week that the man chiedu kachi had an issue with my cousin who resides in delta state and came to arrest my mother for the same issue.

my question is this what has my mum got to do with an issue or event she wasnt present when it occured and why after she was invited to the station she was unlawful detained accross the counter its pathethic because i actuall told her to be law abiding and visit the station and also told me sister to go and also bear witness because she was there wen the issue that transpired amongs my cousin and the said chiedu kachi but to my surprised they have been detained since morning till now i am sending this message i would copy thios message to all nessacary quater to view and investigate.

as much as i know the said Mr chiedu Kachi he is a trouble fermentor and disturbs public peace on a certain day he blocked the road and insisted nobody would pass,what baffles me is that my mum is still being detained in the kirikiri station and information reaching me is that its because he knows the DPO that is the contact person in kirirkiri that made him ask for her arrest not in satellite police station or the festac police station or even the agboju police station.
i do hope sincerly that this issue would be taking into serious investigation and my mumand sister realeased

The police in Delta State are on the trail of the chairman of the Mega Peoples Progressive Party (MPPP), Efe Tobor, for allegedly absconding with N1.3 million incurred as accommodation expenses in Protea Hotel Warri.

The chairman of the Conference of Nigerian Political Parties (CNPP), Johnson Ajeboughuku, who shared in the accommodation expenses with Mr Tobor was not so lucky, as he apprehended while trying to check out of his hotel room.

Speaking to journalists at the A’ Division Police Station, Mr Ajeboughuku, said he has no idea that Mr Tobor was owing the hotel any money, adding that he only got to know his benefactor during the build up to the April elections on political terms when he told him to come and organise a press conference for his party (MPPP) in the hotel.

While claiming that he had never lodged in Protea Hotel before, Mr Ajeboughuku explained that it was after a press conference by the MPPP and a birthday party he organised for his daughter somewhere in the town that Mr Tobor requested that he joined him in the hotel as political colleagues.

According to him, “I went to meet Efe at Protea Hotel not knowing that he has been staying at Protea before I got there, and this talk about payment I do not know anything about. So when I got to Protea Hotel, Efe showed me a card and said the card was given to him by Hon. Mutu. This happened in the presence of the chairman of NEPP who was there with me and he said that with that card you can lodge in any room in Protea Hotel with special consideration.”

“I did not know that Efe Tobor was owing them money. I did not know the arrangement for payment and nobody has ever asked me. What Efe Tobor told me before God and man is that he was going out to buy a gear box for his car.” However, the chief security officer of the hotel, Omare Charles told journalists that though, Mr Ajeboughuku was not the one who booked for the two rooms, he was arrested because he and Mr Tobor who booked for the rooms had been staying in the hotel since the 24th of April, an allegation Mr Ajeboughuku denied.

He said: “Mr Tobor escaped from the hotel with the excuse he was going to town to raise money to off-set the hotel bill and that his friend was still waiting for him in the room, unknown to anyone that he was planning his escape from the hotel that very day.”

“Since then, all the efforts made by his friend to trace his whereabouts on phone when it became obvious he had absconded proved abortive, even when the police waded into the matter, there was no clue on how to track down Mr Tobor even till now,” he stated.

The Area Commander, Warri, Abutu Yaro, said the man was arrested based on complaint by the management of Protea Hotel, adding that Mr Ajeboughuku will remain in their custody pending when Mr Tobor is apprehended to answer the allegation against him.

I am writing to report the unacceptable work behaviour of the police officers at Omoku police station in River State. The D.P.O detained an innocent old man of 80years (in the cell with criminals), for more than 24hrs and later collected N30, 000 as bail charge. He told us himself that after interview the people concerned, he found out that the old man is not guilty of the alleged crime. But to my surprise he asked for N30,000 before he can release the old man. I am sad about this and I want justice plus the money to be returned to the poor old man. Could someone please put a check on the D.P.O of Omoku police station because this is not the first time he is doing this. They should stop using any little opportunity to extort money from these poor villagers.       citizen smart

It gives people who are living at damoyem street , jato and moghalu street of okokomaiko lagos a clear picture that police are not friend of the law abiding citizen . three innocent people are presently languishing in police net for the offence  they never commit . A boy  was killed by lasu cultist. when the news got to the police they came long time after and bungled one innocent man  who was carrying his market to a place where to sell them  and at least two other small boys and carted them away . For the past three weeks now these people  are suffering from what they know not .

paid for about five or more months now but they are still working every day; suffering
to come to work but the peanut (little Salary) which is suppose to given to
them Monthly is being denied!

The Question here is: My People, don’t you think these
Private Service providers (Private Cleaners and Security) can compromise for
the bad guys to carry out their evil bomb because they don’t even have a kobo? Please
I want the Government to be wise and do something about these Issues… Let all
these Services providers be paid and the Government can also use them to get
the bad guys … Places like Nnamdi Azikwe Airport, Secretariat, Villa, Stadium and
many other public places …
