During the April general election, officers and men of the Nigeria Police were massively deployed in the 120,000 polling booths in the country to check vote rigging, ballot snatching and other forms of electoral irregularities. In the above picture, snapped by a voter at Ajegunle, a seedy neighbourhood in Lagos, this officer simply snored on while voting was on.
